With a career spanning 30 years, Shelly has played an integral role in the development of America’s crafting products. Anyone who crafts or does DIY projects probably has some of the merchandise that she has created in their home right now. Working with global manufacturers, Shelly designs products such as journals, scrapbooking kits, washi tape, stickers, desktop accessories and photo albums for major retailers such as Michaels, Wal-Mart, A.C. Moore, Office Max and Staples. Prior to her product development role, Shelly taught drawing and design related classes at the college level while she designed fabric patterns. Her teaching background, coupled with her knowledge of the crafting industry has made her a stand-out designer. Missing the creativity of doing her own artwork lead Shelly back to fabric design.
